Authentication: Bearer Token & API Key Headers
All API requests require a Bearer token issued from Studio → API Keys. Tokens are scoped to read-only (inference), read-write (prompt management), or admin (organization management) permission levels.
POST /v1/inference — Run a Stored Prompt
Executes a stored, versioned prompt from your library against any configured provider. Supports variable substitution, model override, and streaming responses. Returns the model output plus token usage and cost metadata.
POST /v1/opspilot/webhook — Incident Ingestion
OpsPilot's inbound webhook endpoint accepts ServiceNow incident payloads and triggers asynchronous AI triage. Returns a 202 Accepted immediately. The enriched incident is patched back to ServiceNow within 8 seconds via the configured REST connection.
